Exchange and Return Policy

1. No Return or Exchange Policy:
For the safety of our customers, and in accordance with the Ministry of Commerce's 2023 regulations, beauty and personal care products are not permitted to be returned or exchanged, even if they are in their original condition.

2. Order Receipt Responsibility:
Once the order arrives in the customer's city, Reem & Cream is not responsible for non-receipt, and the customer is not entitled to a refund due to the sensitivity of the products.

3. Dealing with Damaged Products:
In the event of a defect or damage to the product, the customer must notify the store within 24 hours of receipt via WhatsApp Customer Service, along with a video and clear photos of the product and shipment. After verifying the damage, the customer will be compensated with a new product.

4. Customer Delay in Receiving the Order:

If the customer is late in receiving the order from the shipping company and returning it to the store, the customer will bear the shipping costs again, and the product will not be reimbursed.

5. Order Cancellation:
An order can be canceled within 3 hours of order completion, as preparations begin immediately. If the store's shipment is delayed by more than 15 days, the customer has the right to cancel the order. The customer will be consulted about whether to cancel or complete the purchase.

6. Shipping Company Delay:
The store is not responsible for any delay caused by the shipping company, and the customer does not have the right to cancel the order after it has been dispatched.

7. Shipment Return:
If the customer returns the shipment for any reason, the customer will bear the agreed-upon shipping costs specified on the website.

8. Refund:
Refunds will be issued within 3 to 5 business days after confirming the order error or cancellation by the customer. The customer will bear the electronic payment discounts, and a report will be sent to the customer detailing the discounts from electronic payment companies such as Tabby and Tamara.
